The mental health gym

This might be a concept that comes too early in a world where people can't even commit to going to a normal physical health gym, but as they say, aim high - if you can think it, you can achieve it.

So, here's the challenge: At least once a week, dedicate at least 1 hour to positive thinking. Find a moving quote or story, or resolve an obstacle that's previously stopped you or someone else. Get inspired, get energised, get motivated. Report the results and findings in the form of a short (or long, if you like) paragraph.

At the end of the year, review these paragraphs, and watch how much mental muscle you've gained in the process.

People who care about their body go to the gym. If you care about your mind, why aren't you hitting the mental health gym?
